We are a group from O'ahu, Hawai'i committed to perpetuating the art of lauhala weaving and to honor the teachings of our ulana lineage from Gwen Kamisugi and Pohaku Kaho'ohanohano. Our Kumu, Stacie Segovia, carries on the 'ike of these weavers through classes and products.
Classes are held on O'ahu year-round on a weekly basis for all levels of weavers. Come and learn the art of lauhala weaving with us! Please see our Classes page for more information on available classes.
Our goal is to allow everyone to own a lauhala product. We are committed to being your source for lauhala items. We create traditional and contemporary lauhala products you love at a price you can afford. Visit our Shop page or come see us at various markets throughout the year!
Kumu Stacie Mālama Segovia is the Kumu of Nā Lālā o ka Pūhala.
The weavers of Nā Lālā o ka Pūhala represent a variety of ages, skill level, and backgrounds. Come join us and weave today!
